    Why would Iran obey the arms sale sanctions when they're already under such heavy sanctions. The US keeps putting these countries under long lasting crushing sanctions to the point that Russia, Iran, Venezuela, Cuba could form a parallel world economy just for the people under US sanctions, lol.
