was too afraid to post it here because some of their songs are straight up cringe, but you gotta admit hearing the soviet anthem on the electric guitar is quite the experience
Their politics truly are the ultimate center/bro ideology. Just sorta unironic use of whatever looks cool or is an interesting story. In any other case it would feel cynical, but it seems genuine with them. Roganesque almost
edit: liked it, but cringed at the cool line "from Kazakhstan to Magadan, the call of the motherland" ending with "russia shall prevail". They do this with "In defense of the motherland" as well. It's like history is merely nations filled with nationalists fighting like sports teams on an epic scale. It is reductive of what the USSR was
I also felt uneasy with how the lyrics would awkwardly avoid mentioning anything "Soviet union" related. But all was forgiven when I heard the instrumental part of the song
