I hate to be the one to say it, but this is literally the opposite of the two examples they gave. Wakanda produced a shield over itself using its own natural resources and technology to keep out colonizers and hide. This is colonizers using other nations' resources to show how well-armed they are on their stolen land. basically the same is true for the terf book as well. I'm now a lib for bothering to point this out, so I will show myself out.

On the other hand, all three could greatly improve the lives of those outside their dome, but choose not to.

At least Black Panther acknowledges this, and in fact coming to the conclusion that helping people is good forms the focal point of his character arc, making him way better than any Harry Potter protagonist.

And to open trade to the US among other companies. Now Raytheon can use vibranium tipped missiles and guidance systems with Wakandan software.

Yeah, all of them cling to some poorly-explained tradition that keeps them from sharing their prosperity.

    Joke: Egalitarian Land reform

Broke: Basic Liberal Rule of Law

Woke: A fortune spent on a "missile defense system" to counter glorified fireworks, so you can feel safe doing settler colonial genocide

Bespoke: Thinking a wizard did it
