There's a theory, if you want to actually do something don't tell many people. It's a common problem, even for those without ADHD.

I skip the tell everyone part so I don't need to feel that bad about not finishing it

I realized that I do the 'tell everyone' stage because I'm trying to recruit a body double so I'll stick with the project 😅
