This isn't a sign of personal racism, it's a sign of systemic racism. African history is not taught, and it's often hard to find basic info on countries in Africa even if you are trying to.
Additionally, the main way I acquire knowledge about trains and urban planning is via Google Street View and Wikipedia pages on railways. Much of the continent has neither. There are a couple exceptions (northern Africa is relatively prosperous and South Africa of course has street view everywhere), but most countries in Africa don't.

The very map is racist, these are mainly arbitrary lines drawn by white Europeans. I wonder how Africa would have looked if it had developed in isolation.
95% fucked up on botswana and zambia, ive always messed those two up cause theyre right next to each other

Got 91%. But I also missclicked a couple of tines scrolling around the screen and with my fat thumbs.
Big problem was mixing up Zambia, Botswana and Zimbabwe.
