What does she think the percentage chance that dems at least modify the filibuster to protect voting rights?
I'm a huge fan of percentage questions because they don't allow for easy obfuscation. "20% but..." is a whole lot clearer than "This is a difficult topic and yada-yada-yada-yada-yada-yada-etc..."
It makes me angry that journalists never ask questions in this way.
