only took 3 years.

sorry for the brand new account, i forgot the password to my brood_machina account lol. i am a regular poster here on my shitposting account but don't wanna dox myself beyond this since my info is out there. hope all my comrades enjoy, this one took me a long fucking time and a lot of blood, sweat and tears.

it's the second in a coming trilogy of albums loosely (no lyrics) about the collapse of a future society through a hypercapitalist dystopian lens. pretty standard synthwave shit.

on all streaming platforms now and free on bandcamp.

with love, for my comrades <3

thanks for the listen and feedback, super appreciate it! i use ableton which i'm really happy with. i started with fl and miss a few random things about it but overall i love ableton and have been using it for the past 9 years without any real desire to switch to anything else. highly recommend it!

i'm gonna be real, i don't know shit about linux so i can't really say. tbh you can make music with any tools (literally) so long as you embrace the workflow and it's limitations. frankly, i think having constraints on your workflow is a really positive thing that contributes to more productivity. often times endless options ends in options paralysis. i'd check out whatever people use for linux and see if you like it.

This is pretty dope. Album art is sick! I REALLY dig track #2 the "Power Broker" ! It makes me think of some sort of techno-hacker boardroom where they are getting dirt on everyone in the city. Gathering all sort of leverage to use against them, just in case. :squirtle-jam:

thanks! there's no lyrics but i definitely wanted to conjure up a cinematic vibe so i'm glad it's coming through. my friend did the album art and he went WAY beyond what i expected with it. it's super detailed and a bummer it has to be so small on digital devices but i can't wait to get a big print of it soon.
