    You're supposed to lie to get on the jury in that case. Good luck proving perjury.

    My only worry is, I've hung a jury before and based on that there's no way they're going to let me on a jury again.

      What if they absolved the kid because there was no evidence besides a cop's testimony? Wouldn't they be literally doing what they said the wouldn't? Isn't that enough proof of perjury?

        Well I could convict based on a cop's testimony, but not in this case! and like the other person said, they should never know who refused to convict or why.

        Well on the intake questionnaire they ask if you've been on an undecided jury before and lying about that IS perjury and very easy to prove.

    Wow I really don't like watching the dude in this, he seems incapable of shutting his gob for two seconds.

    Also: lie to get on the jury. Fuck the process. Don't have respect for what's broken.
