I went to TI4 but have not kept up with Dota at all. I get the impression the Chinese scene is basically dead. Is that right?
Na, China is coming in strong right now. They have about 3-4 teams that can probably win it all, and PSG.LGD are the clear favourites rn.

yea its all remote. valve being the cheapskates are gave the lower seeded teams dingy ass spare boiler rooms to play from, which only got rectified after they deservedly got shat on for it.

Did anyone watch OG vs VP today? Definitely my favorite matchup. VP are noteworthy choke artists, had the first match in the bag, then misplayed hard as shit like three times and lost it. Then, game 2 goes almost the same with a lot of back and forth, and secured the W with ruthless, flawless outplay.
VP has so much potential, can definitely see them winning it all if the roster sticks together a year or two
I've been a Virtus Pro fan forever but I think their chances are pretty low this tourney. T1 were really fun to watch at the animajor, and I really love IG's lineup this year
