I don't dedicate time, I just put them on while doing chores or out walking. I set up my app to automatically download new episodes and put them in a big shuffled playlist for me.

Guerrilla history is good, the latest ep has an interview with August Nimitz* talking about Lenin and electoralism which is definitively worth a listen
