There isn’t a unified number. There’s a broad policy push to improve pro-social behaviour, which all falls under the broad helm of ‘social credit’.

For example, here’s a programme to encourage volunteering time for care of infirm elderly. (And tbh I don’t even know if that one technically falls within the ‘social credit’ purview)
