I used to see a therapist before the pandemic, but I stopped shortly after it started for a couple reasons, mostly financial but also felt I didn't need it anymore at the time.

I'm thinking of going back to the same person bc they were really helpful, but back then communism was not a big a part of my identity, and I didn't do any irl organizing, so I was able to avoid discussing anything like this. Now that I want to go back, I obviously don't really want to talk about some of this stuff, but I do feel like a lot of my mental health issues stem from these things, whether anxiety about collapse and coming climate catastrophe, anxiety about the future, or burn out from organizing work.

So I guess I'm wondering if you see a therapist, do you bring up politics at all? Like how deep do you go into your own politics or political issues?
