Makes me really think about the ship of theseus. Can something that was created in a certain place and time, with allegories so specific to their moment in history, being slowly replaced over millenia. Can you call that Christianity? Is there a point in trying? The dialectics have been set in motion this is just so inherently a reflection of the psychotic qualities of American exceptionalism.
There is absolutely an unnamed religion floating around America that's unique to it and inextricably tied to. Call it Manifest Destiny turned inwards, but it's even got a wiki article: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_civil_religion
All you gotta do to name it is decide on a name and write articles starting with the phrase "[Religion name] or The American Civil Religion as some like to call it is blah blah blah blah".
Make enough of them and others will copy the phrase and reuse it.
If you want it to catch on in reddit circles then you reverse the starting phrase and use "The American Civil Religion or 'Religion Name' as I like to call it..." in well written comments about it. Others will repeat it.
No reason you can't make this happen the same as Flying Spaghetti Monster was pushed. As long as the name is good we could be the ones to control that, making sure it's good and snarky and useable as an insult.
Good. The moment that happens you begin to separate Christianity from the state cult which opens the door for Christians to actually be Christ-like and accurately call these people not-Christians.

If this is successful, I give it a year before chuds start self-identifying as [Religion name]
