Under the new NDAA bill, the US Department of Defense cannot use its assets to transfer any goods to Afghanistan, putting the country at extreme risk

"Up to 40 percent of the gross domestic product (GDP) in Afghanistan is dependent on foreign aid, and 80 percent of its government funding is dependent on the US and EU."

Also all $7bn of Afghanistan's foreign reserves is still stolen and controlled by the US.
