    "Real estate investment" should be an oxymoron. Who benefits from a house being "invested" in?

    If they mean putting money in fixing up a house, that's one thing I guess...but I don't think I will ever understand rich people.

        Another man approaches and asks about the property. He is told that home ownership is the only way to defend yourself from the guy going around town brutalizing people.
