If you bought a Zenfone and expected to be able to unlock the bootloader, a precedent has now been set that you can get a refund.

    Unfortunately, due to ASUS being based in China, we are unlikely to get a response until next week.

    Even responses are late. Maybe Asus is using the snail mail for everything. They are going to sending floppy disks with the unlocker next month.

    Guys how do i sue asus? Also where would i sue? I bought the phone in ireland but live in sweden. I think if enough people sue they gotta do something about it right?
