btw "woke education" means mentioning that slavery was bad and teachers not actively persecuting trans kids.

Also rainbows, and any books that provide any kind of representation of non-cishetero relationships, lifestyles or families.

Also covers anything other than "there were native inhabitants when the first white people but then they just sorta vanished into ether, allowing white people to settle peacefully".

I think the usual whitewashing of Amerika's foundational genocide is "the frontier was a very violent place", with that violence being implicitly blamed not on settlers stealing land and natives resisting that, but on brave settlers "defending themselves" against "savage customs". This is how classic westerns do the victim blaming.

I hate to say it, american comrades, but i agree with the sentiments to get armed.

The inevitable conclusion of the "anti-woke" rhetoric is that their enemy is anyone who doesn't support all current and future forms of structural oppression. The rhetoric is whipped up to a point where simply being a happy, caring, understanding person is almost evil incarnate to the "anti-woke" crowd.

If someone wants to harm you, simply because you're not an awful person, then it's ok make sure they're well ventilated.

I mentally self-harm by keeping a finger on the pulse of chud talk radio.

They are 100% priming their audience for murderous border policies. The rhetoric they are putting out, the lies they are telling, and the inoculations they are putting out against reason and empathy all serve a single purpose (in my personal analysis). That purpose is to prepare the (tragically sizable) conservative population for ultra violence against the inevitable wave of climate (and Yankee induced destabilization) refugees in the coming decade(s).

It has gone past the “they are taking our jobs” rhetoric. They creating the perception of an existential threat against which a child alone is sufficiently scary to justify any means necessary.

I’m genuinely scared about what the ever-ratcheting immigration rhetoric is going to lead to. They even are at the point of angrily reacting to migrants being given water…IN A FUCKING DESERT. They are raging against the simple charity of a water bottle in a desert. This is going to become a pogrom.

When he pledges to tackle immigration, this ain’t a dunk tank post. It’s the promise of mass slaughter in the years to come.

Yeah, IIRC the US military's plan for climate change for like a decade has been "build a wall and kill anyone who tries to cross". Not surprising that they're laying the groundwork for it now.

Not just the military. Not even especially the military. The conditions that allow the military to act on the border require a near consensus between the branches. The people who matter (have power) seem to fully intend to militarize the border by militarizing the domestic forces that operate there instead. Which is somehow scarier. Even less oversight (not that a meaningful amount exists in the military anyways).

Who knew that chuds were fancy pants Europhiles all along?

Taking off my ANTIFA hat and putting on my white hood instead, solemnly, wistfully. If only I had voted harder.

Yep. Scrap every penny to fund their war abroad which go back to mic and their pocket. Which the ordinary peoples have to pay for it.

I like how these things are always stated in a neutral way, like you can never tell what they said only by the headline, you just have to assume based on their political party.
