I was casually talking to a coworker about crying and mentioned I typically do it a few times a week, sometimes for an hour, and I got the most shocked responses lol

I sometimes forget what normal behavior is

Cant remember where the quote is from, but it's something like "The most we can do is imagine other people are like us"

yea i'm typically kinda stable but sometimes I just gotta cry, just overwhelming stuff

also that same coworker told me he finds the job fun, like he'd show up even if he got lower pay, and I was mystified lol. People find work fun?

I think some people need the stimulation. My nervous system is kind of fucked so I'd rather be home 99% of the time. I cry a lot too.

Pick a random activity that sounds sort of interesting and then decide that you are going to do it. You aren't going to feel like doing it but that's ok, sometimes your feelings are an op. They think they're protecting you but they're really just tricking you into doing the same boring shit over and over. You're strong enough to deal with whatever's out there. Uncertainty is scary as hell but novelty is worth the risk.

Idk you probably weren't looking for advice, I've just been talking to my therapist about this stuff lately so it's where my mind's at. This meme has been my life for the past couple decades and I couldn't take another day of it. I'm too spiteful to die before every last capitalist gets theirs so I'm trying to change the way I live.

the only one that is missing for me is that i also like to talk about one of my many obsessions, i have thousands of chapters worth of one piece in my mind and it is my duty to evangelize it

Yeah, I've never related to that.

I think I've watched my favorite movie like 3 times? All years apart.

At least this one's honest though. Plus there's no usual addendum after that says "and this will never change and the right will keep taking advantage of it and their will never be a revolution and" to make sure no hope leaks out of their carefully imagined future timeline and they can keep doing this forever.
