You didn't finish it..."And what's 'it' seems weird and scary to me! It'll happen to you!"

Oh right this site has a super short headline for some reason

Always loved this clip, but I did not truly appreciate the sheer depth of existential horror and depression that would happen when it truly did hit me. I know the exact moment it did also: when my son showed me this silly little youtuber he got into at his moms. Now back in my day being a youtube star was a certainly a kind of celebrity but it was kinda like a step above being a popular local DJ. Watching this guy I sort of thought "Eh...I guess he's basically just another of the random gaming youtubers who makes dumb videos. Whatever. Then fucking Gordon Ramsey showed up at the end of the clip to judge a fucking contest they had set up and was suddenly like "WHO THE FUCK IS THIS MRBEAST GUY ANYWAY????" As you can imagine: several google searches of research later clued me into just how far this dude's reach is and I was completely dumbfounded on how utterly disconnected I was from all of it now having deleted all my social media. I am an old man Mcgullicutty.
