Also Korea is an unhappy ally in the war. Lots of interesting stuff in here.
This stuff isn't new, what's new is that The Hill is saying it

My conspiracy brain reads this and wonders why the US government (or whoever) leaked these wanted to draw attention to or set the stage for changes in the US's relationships with South Korea, Egypt, and the UAE.
Is the US attempting to start actions in Egypt?
Or is this fabricated to create tensions between America and some of its allies?
What change could possibly be made in the US' relationship with South Korea? Who would they even turn to?

I guess the China relations make sense because South Korea and China are still both mad at Japan for WW2 atrocities lol
Apparently this shit was originally leaked inside a Minecraft discord server. Seems like an extremely weird place to leak to. I don't really understand how or why that avenue
Its mostly a kids game and in general Gamers are a niche group that can be easily dismissed by every side of the political spectrum. Even 4ch is more politically relevant than random discord servers.
So my idea is they wanted to brag but also do a high profile leak to the most irrelevant people possible with the requirement it must be online and relatively easy to keep your anonymity.
They took it at face value when someone on here said that the US should leak classified military documents "...in Minecraft"
Egypt has been getting reamed by inflation caused by imf loans already so I don't think this is a new development per se, but probably an ongoing escalation. Most likely Egypt is seeing the writing on the wall after the Saudis flipped and want to get away from the US, but having the Suez canal is obviously a massive liability for US naval power projection so it makes sense they'd be targeted in some form or another.
