      this isn't what you were thinking of, but there was an instance of cops stealing bottled water and smashing gallons of milk at a drop. They claimed the clearly shrinkwrapped cases of water bottles that they were throwing into the back of a pickup were full of flammable liquid.

        They're the cops'. Protesters have been using paint to harass cops, obscure their visors and shit. They just put their own mags in there, with extremely obviously wet paint, and insinuated that, I don't know, someone was brandishing magazines.

        The person who pointed it out probably wanted them to pick up their own shit.
