Neither actually, they sent their questions in a document and gave me an hour to send back written answers. Which was kind of weird but also kind of good, because it gave me more time to think about my answers and give more in-depth ones than if I had just been put on the spot.
actually, even if i don't even get the job, it was helpful to me because I feel like I was able to figure out more about what I want/what I want to do/how I work and put it into words for the future

How'd the interview go?

Regardless of whether you get the job or not, you'll be better experienced the next time you have an interview
was it one of those things where you have to record yourself and send it in or was it an actual teleconf?
