I'd like to replace the pronoun text field with a "type whatever the fuck you want" field, limited to idk 30 characters or so, and then give the input box the caption "Site-wide flair: say something about yourself, like your pronouns".

Things that this could be used for:

• custom pronouns, explained however you want to explain them
• a couple of words about yourself; I'd like to tell people how absolutely pansexual I am
• jokes & bits
