    I mean technically it's not in your heart. It's the arteries that gets filed with cholesterol plaques. You die due to the lack of blood in your heart which is ironically causing a bigger void that causes you to die.

      You can also die from the plaque bursting and causing a blood clot, which might kill you by reaching your heart and blocking blood flow there, but could also reach the brain and cause a stroke.

        True but it won't be filling your heart. Most heart attacks are caused by vein related issues instead of something happening inside the heart and filling up the chambers.

          Before you speak ask yourself if what you are going to say is true, is kind, is necessary, is helpful. If the answer is no to any of the above, maybe what you are about to say should be left unsaid.
