there's a reply to the tweet saying he's just a security guard and I think they're right. the back of his jacket just says "officer" while all the police who show t say "police", and one of the guy's he was with at the beginning has "security" on his jacket. and his clothes don't really look like police clothes lol. so idk.
twitter sucks because anyone can post a video with wrong or made up information and then it spreads lol
It's not really similar though, unless whomever tries to break up a fight puts handcuffs on the people who were fighting and then tries to beat them up, and also instead of arresting them they kill them.

I worked in the area for a little bit. Harvey is one of the wildest and most corrupt places I know of. Seriously look into some of the stories from there.
