Damn watching this again makes me cringe at how reactionary I was back then. "Lmao he admitted to crimes in his music he deserves what's coming from NYPD" type shit. I mean it's obv understandable to be concerned about gang violence but the whole thing is so different under a Marxist lens.
This was, hands down, my favorite song from that year. I was pretty fucked up most the time/going out a lot and always lost it when this song came on.
