There were a lot of interesting (broad-reaching) theories I found when I went digging about this latest surge earlier today. Lots of talk of the shorts moving to ETF's carrying gamestop, bigger players getting involved smelling blood in the water, etc.

EDIT: That was the longest reddit outage I've seen in a long time. Interesting at least.

Their old CFO also got kicked out so this is probably fuelling a short term speculation.
