I hate that Nixon Newell's/Tegan Nox's entire WWE career is basically defined by terribly timed injuries.

In my heart of hearts, I'd love to see her come to AEW and eventually dethrone Mercedes or Athena, but AEW has plenty of women that are worthy of that when they're ready.

It could be he's trying to land a TV deal or attract sponsors, and showing good production value will help with that.

I put this on as background noise after watching last night's RoH show and this was actually pretty decent. If you like watching indie stuff, I don't think this will disappoint. I couldn't give a rat's ass about Draft Kings, but if you've got 3 1/2 hours to kill, or just want background while you do other stuff, you can do way worse than this.

I should add that Shibata/Woods was also good. As should be expected.

I know a lot of people still think "if you're not on tv, you might as well be dead" but I think that mentality is starting to fade some. It's far more important to make a complete recovery than a fast one.

It's the duality of it that makes it so damn funny.

I mean, I do care, but W/L/D records get in the way of baby faces making open challenges, and chicken shit heels avoiding title defenses at all costs. The rankings were helpful in the early days when the roster was smaller, but they get in the way of good TV, now.

I loved what Benoit did in the ring. It's what he did outside the ring that overshadowed his wrestling legacy and made him a piece of shit.

So, I suppose Hogan fits the comparison in that way. But, to assume that's "love" is just plain wrong.

Either he's just plain dumb (likely) or he's just saying shit that will get him attention (just as likely).
