Stressing out and losing weight is famously good for your health, after all.

    #HamasTerrorists

I hate it here. SEO and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race.

Why am I still surprised nearly every day about what new lows capitalism will go to make a buck. I just don't understand how I keep getting surprised.

I thought stress made you more likely to gain weight or is that something else?

Some people overeat as a response to stress so that would do it. Stress on its own can't really affect your weight either way though

I’ve heard that high cortisol (stress hormone) can cause weight gain, but idk if that’s just some health fad BS or real science.

I saw that in an interview recently. Diary of a CEO on YouTube with a neuroscientist. Specifically weight gain around the gut.
