Quick hotfix to fix some of the issues with yesterday's new version.

• Fixes to emojis: A couple emojis had an incorrect path and rendered incorrectly or not at all. These have been fixed.
• "Invalid bid" error fix: We've added better error handling to the "invalid_bid" error.
• Fix to PurgeUserForm referencing the user_id wrongly.
• New loading animation to reflect hexagonalness(?) of hexbear
