Dan Harmon founded channel 101 which was a monthly short film festival where the audience voted on which shorts would be continued into series at the next festival. You could build a blockchain where the consensus mechanism was some kind of vote perhaps with a proof of having played the submitted shorts which then forms a ledger of which film shorts are the official ones in the chain.
Now is this what Dan Harmon is doing? Almost certainly not.
Why not? because like everything else this would be 1000x easier and more effective to implement without blockchain technology.
