It takes an incredible brain to actually believe that had Hillary Clinton won in 2016 we wouldn't have hundreds of thousands of deaths. In fact, I can imagine the situation would be worse in certain ways.

Remember the cares act Congress passed last year? Imagine Clinton trying to pass that with the same republican Congress? She would have been caught off guard and got rekt because the structure of the US government(weak central authority, power delegated to states and municipalities) would again be unable to respond to the crisis
