      In South Korea, the idea of Jews being masterminds is pervasive but looked at with admiration instead of hatred (ie “why can’t we be like them?”), hence why the book is a bestseller. Still perpetuating antisemitic shite but without malice for the most part.

      I’d imagine it’d be a similar story in Japan, since the Imperial government outright tried to encourage European Jewish immigration because it would give Japan connections to the “Jewish World Government”, but I’m not sure.
