i'll be missing some things, but she was the self proclaimed 'top cop' of california. the attorney general. which means she was the highest ranked prosecuting lawyer in the state, and ruled on a tough on crime, law and order style.

at one point, california decided to let out prisoners because of overcrowding. she oposed this, and legit sued the state, claiming that the carceral system relied on those prisoners' labor. keep in mind, california is one of the largest carceral states in the world. and she wanted to keep it that way, because the slavery is too profitable.

she also refused to prosecute steve manuchin, who was a major player in the subprime loan housing crisis in california. he's now the most powerful treasury secremovedy (it's not allowing me to type the word s e c r e t a r y :face with rolling eyes:) of all time.

in general, she is everything wrong with neoliberalism. opposes all social democratic reforms, has comically evil police state politics, and free-market-over-everything economics
