On a serious note, it's tragic that someone committed suicide, leaving behind a significant other and a child. I have nothing but sympathy for the family.

But the landlord group (SOLO?) that is trying to put the blame on the tenant is fucking disgusting. Do they not realize that the tenant might also have had some problems paying rent due to the events of the past year? They should have some fucking empathy instead of trying to profit off of this tragedy and push their own agenda.

Hey, if you'd rather kill yourself than do any real labor, what can we possibly say other than that Mao was right? It's a tragedy for any children; they didn't choose to get saddled with a landlord parent.

I love the wording of "The rental property was inherited from his father and had sentimental value to him as well as being his house."

These soulless ghouls are so obsessed with rent seeking and property ownership they didn't even go for the obvious "it was his family home" sob story

If I'm reading that correctly that he gave up an already-granted eviction order, it sounds like he was relatively decent dude and this lawyer freak is using his death to do this sociopathic shit.

So I guess it's very good that the lawyer freak signed his name.

Those landlords should follow suit in solidarity, make them REALLY feel back for what they’ve done
