No good VPN is free

I use NordVPN, but you can use this guide to find a provider that meets your needs; also almost all of them have mobile apps or there are other apps that you can config to work.

Perhaps one of the only good free VPNs is ProtonVPN, in that it's a reputable company providing the service, and they aren't subject to US jurisdiction. They have an app.

That said, I'd suggest going paid if you want a VPN that is worthy as a "daily driver". Like, if I try making Signal calls through free ProtonVPN, the latency is gonna be unworkable.
