I disagree tbh, capital already shapes our society with their own form of indoctrination, I’m just advocating for imposing less reactionary edicts on people in a similar way once the left is in control. Doesn’t necessarily need to take place in a generation but concerted efforts can be made to improve things. China’s cultural revolution clearly didn’t weed out everything they or we might consider undesirable or reactionary in their mass culture but I imagine it got the ball rolling.

We are clearly going to have to do some concerted efforts to undo capitalist/reactionary programming that the masses have received
