I'm on the spectrum, and I know quite a few other men on the spectrum. We also have a hard time figuring out when sexual comments are appropriate, so we do the opposite, we basically never do so unless it's someone we're actively having sex with. Yes, that causes us some problems in life, but it's the complete opposite of what you say.
