Fuck Fuck Fuck this is disgusting, private prosecutions. didn't even give credit for time served. all for beating Chevron in an environmental case and appealing a preposterous court order. I knew cruelty was the point in this but fuck. Even if he actually did 6 counts of contempt of court 2 years and 8 months is more than can be legally given for that.
We'll see. He's appealing the ruling, and once he's in front of a new judge things may go better for him.
