    "Capitalism isn’t perfect, but it gives people the agency and the opportunity to make something of themselves and to improve their economic situation for their own good and that of their family and their community."

    She writes this after describing the plot of Squid Game in detail, especially this part:

    "...the contestants get a choice to leave the Games. While many contestants choose to leave the Games, they go back home to realize they're still broke and feel meaningless...many end up returning to fight to the death for the money, showing democracy is only an illusion. The elites knew they would be back."

    This is just pure, unbridled brainworms to write out this allegory that captures the spirit of capitalism so succinctly and still defend capitalism in the end. There's just no other explanation.
