No just a cursory browse of that thread and you see a lot of them revealing they're middle managers, their relatives are landlords, or they're very obviously elderly boomer retirees shaking their fists at their favorite straw communist stereotype.
/r/conservative became the hub of the Trump cult after T_D and the Qanon subs shut down, they're not genuinely "apolitical" working people who self-identify as libertarians, these are the petty bourgeois strata and retirees who still love Trump and are disconnected from anything resembling reality
This kind of person has an immediate stink of brainworms so the only method to reach them would be direct aid methods or organizing a workplace. They're not going to respond to rhetoric because they're deep in the sinkhole of weird American conservative delusions.
The people who are more easily reached are the completely unaffiliated who only know they hate their job. They outnumber politically minded people like 3 to 1.
