Idk what stupid shit Hasan said, but neopronouns are genuinely easy to understand. People use neopronouns when pronouns like he/she/they don't feel like the right fit. Gender is pretty vast and it makes sense that three sets of pronouns won't encompass everyone. Respecting people's autonomy with their gender identity and expression is the very least we can do and all neopronouns are valid
