Jesus Christ 10 years old is such a young age to be suicidal. Apparently the mom reported her daughter's bullying to the school several times and the administration and the teacher just brushed aside her concerns and did nothing.

Bullies should be kicked in the teeth until they stop. I remember being bullied in school, kids can be crueler than adults and more importantly kids have less emotional control, so are significantly more vulnerable to "bullying". Only time I ever stopped getting bullied was when I punched one. It works in childhood and it works in adulthood. :af:
I should note that "bullying" is the politically correct word used by shithead parents and school district officials to minimize its impact. Let's call bullying what it really is, which is physical, verbal, psychological, and sometimes sexual abuse.
