1. Abolish the electoral college i.e. allow for the direct election of the president
  2. Abolish the senate
  3. Remove the cap on the house of reps
  4. Abolish or neuter the supreme court
  5. Move away from federalism i.e. no more state government autonomy. Consolidate states into new regions, maybe 4 or 5 at max. Governors look over these regions and are directly elected or maybe appointed by the house of reps.

Thoughts? Too far or not far enough?

    In terms of constitutional fixes these all make sense and would make the US far more democratic than it is now. Dunno if you have to consolidate states or anything, just federalize a bunch of programs like Medicaid, unemployment insurance, etc that have no business being run by the states in the first place.
