    So I've been broke enough to lick spoonfuls of vegemite to stave off hunger pangs, but I wouldn't consider that a meal. Same with spoons of peanut butter or microwaved potatoes.

    atm, it's a cheese toastie with reheated spinach. Cheese, bread, and frozen spinach are all quite cheap in bulk, and you get calories and nutrients and fibre. Microwave the frozen spinach for 90 seconds, use that 90 seconds to butter the frozen bread and heat up the sandwich press. Pretty quick.

    It was mi goreng for a while. Add spinach, an egg, idk whatever.
