One of mine is a can of beans, a tablespoon of mayo and a tablespoon of tapatio.

    ramen with eggs and veggies added. i usually like broccoli

    sometimes i have a ginger salad with extra protein added. recent ate it with seitan and it was pretty good. seitan with any extra sauces is pretty solid
