Going to a "resume-builder" company (e.g. Amazon or Netflix) was a mistake. I wish I'd just started at a better company with a more sustainable work-life balance.
Amazon looked good on my resume, but the abuse and gaslighting messed me up permanently.
I don't regret working for Amazon... for the most part. But that place also messed me up for years. Now i can look back on that place as a learning experience. I hope you get there too.
