Not to dogpile but I am. The us has military bases all throughout Africa, Samerica, and Asia they are still colonies.
Plenty of American interests and puppet leaders abroad who could topple without direct US support.
Look at what happened in Haiti just recently, for instance. Consider what happens in Yemen or Taiwan or Ethiopia if the US runs out of manpower to spread globally.
