Kind of like how the Obama "shovel ready projects" were all doled out to high level donors who went way over schedule and budget and did terrible jobs? Because that's what happened where I live and everything is still falling apart lol
Oh yes. Any government infrastructure projects in the US are going to be laughably corrupt and occur at a snails pace. It’s just how it goes. But at least they’re throwing some money at the problems instead of ignoring it.
