Haven't heard anything about it, but i haven't really paid much attention. So long as I can keep myself from feeling like having a heart attack, I'm happy. And just ordered a scale to start my taper! Already on agmatine and a few other supplements to help with the upcoming taper. Agmatine is a weird one for me cause a lot of people LOVE it, but in doses at 500mg or above, it just makes my heart race.

i take agamatine right before bed, about 1.2 g. for some reason it does the opposite for me and helps me sleep, and basically cancels out the rebound anxiety insomnia i get for the couple days after phenibut. it's weird how stuff works differently for different people.
were you using the phenibut originally to self treat anxiety? i'm fucking weird because i originally used it as a stimulant, even if i do have social anxiety.

And yeah, agmatine messes with your BP levels. I've tried taking a gram before, just didn't agree with my body for whatever reason. I take 300mg in the morning with some other stacks for mental benefits I take to help counter what the phenibut has done to my memory and stuff, but that's about it.

tia spooked me out, esp reading reports after ordering a tub (never opened it, it's in my "break glass if sucidal depression"). i'm guessing it was a fun combination of intense opioid withdrawls and weird brainzappy SSRI shit rolled into one? and you know i thought phenibut was good for clearing out brain fog but i think with my daily kratom i've noticed in the last year it's actually fucking up my memory

I didn't get the brain zaps, but it was about a month of insomnia and anxiety on top of opiate WDs. So, yeah, totally fucking great. Luckily I was only on the stuff for 6-8 months, but my usage got so intense I'd need to wake up ever 3 hours at night to shovel tia down my throat. At least with Phenibut I can sleep through most of the night.

ugggh. the ultra-short duration was definitely a turn off. i've always hated stuff with short half-life. i got hooked on loperamide (yes, it's possible!) to fight heroin/morphine w/ds because it has a 24 hr duration... it sucked as an opioid but long half life make such easier tapers!

I had half a mind to try an immodium high, but never took enough. Although I do take like 6 at a time some days since the phenibut use has wrecked my gut.

it doesn't seem to cross bbb for everyone. i took 48 tablets first time when in w/d and it killed the w/d and gave a buzz. feels like a sleepier methadone buzz, with a touch of morphine. problem is it's a pretty strong calcium ion channel blocker too so it can slow your heart rate down dangerously.

Yep, anxiety treatment when I didn't have access to health care. It's grown into something I really need to kick - I've quit Tianeptine cold turkey before which was fucking hell (one part opiate, one part weird fucky SSRI), but phenibut sucks too so tapering is the way to go.
